PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated September 7, 2026

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo, from either Google OAuth sign-in or email/phone sign-in.

Training data: the workouts, exercises, sets, weights, reps, and cardio/interval sessions you log, along with timestamps and any notes you add. This is health and fitness data you provide directly.

Billing information: if you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects and stores your payment method; we receive your subscription status and billing history, not your full card number.

Usage data: basic technical data such as device/browser type and app usage events, used to keep the Service reliable and to understand which features are used.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: storing and displaying your training history, computing progress and streaks, and (for coach accounts) surfacing client adherence to the coach the client has connected with.

To operate your subscription: processing payments and trial periods through Stripe, and sending billing-related notices.

To keep the Service secure and working: diagnosing errors, preventing abuse, and improving performance.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Stripe, for payment processing and subscription billing.

Google, if you sign in with Google OAuth — for authentication only.

Amazon Web Services (AWS), our hosting and database infrastructure provider, which stores your data on our behalf.

Your coach, if you accept an invite from a coach account, so they can see your logged training data. You can leave a coach relationship at any time.

We don't share your training data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and training data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records (for example, billing records) for legal or tax purposes.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, or correct your training data from within the app. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us through your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA) — contact us to exercise them.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we'll provide reasonable notice before they take effect.
